I am Aishwarya Manish, a Psychology major, and I have formally learnt art for 10 years. My journey began from immature, messy finger paintings and casually drawn figures. Before I knew it, I started to develop an interest for serene landscapes and intricate mandalas. For me art is therapeutic, as it allows me to channelize my energy to create something I love. In fact, the best part is sharing what I love with the people around me. I have been a part of several art exhibitions and even had the pleasure of organizing my own exhibition in July 2019. The exhibition opened several doors for me; I was introduced to a whole new world of art and artists, and was recognized with the ‘Artist of the Year’ award by the ‘Make In India’ Foundation. Furthermore, some of my pieces were selected to be displayed at the Rashtrapati Bhawan (the President’s House). My journey in the realm of art is encapsulated in these pages, and I hope you cherish it as much as I do.
